Book List Instructions
The course uses the following books. You will need to read and complete the study guide for each book before you can attend the live, online training practicum.
Required Reading List:

Training Manual – This is a required textbook. This is the main manual specific to the course. It must be completed before moving on to the other books. Some of the books’ study guide questions refer back to topics taught in the manual.

- Book #4: Real Food for Pregnancy by Lily Nichols
Each book has its own study guide that is posted at the bottom of the lesson page. You will download the study guide, type in your answers as you read the book, and submit the finished document on the same lesson page – just as you did with the Training Manual.
If you do not have a background in birth and postpartum, it is recommended that you read Pregnancy, Childbirth, and the Newborn: The Complete Guide by Penny SImkin
